Retreat House

The most recent building to adorn the mountaintop is the Retreat House, or Parsonage, as some may know it.  Plans for the building–originally designed to house permanent or long-term volunteer families–began small, but with the ingenuity of a creative local builder and God’s financial provision, the blueprints expanded along the way.  Gifted to Quiet Reflections after its completion, the Retreat House now sustains the QRR host family, as well as three unique guest rooms on the lower level.  Each room boasts a private entry from the wrap-around porch, a tremendous view of the stunning Black Mountain Range, and access to a common living room, fireplace, and fully-equipped kitchen.  No food service is offered at this time, but guests who are not fasting during their stay are welcome to bring their own provisions or try some of the local restaurants in the surrounding area.

Due to rising operational costs, we are now requesting a minimum donation for your overnight stay.  Please plan on bringing a check or cash for the appropriate amount.  The suggested donation for the  rooms is $100.00/night.
